A message dated April 15, 2012, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 286(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 286(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act providing for and relating to the issuance of general                                                              
     obligation bonds for the purpose of paying the cost of state                                                               
     transportation projects; and providing for an effective date."

Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Senate message.  There being no objection, it                                                            
was so ordered.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHB 286(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 286(FIN).                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 286(FIN)?"  The roll was taken with the
